Information and enquiries
Pomex Pty Ltd (ABN 82 068 104 923) handles business contact details and information provided in enquiries and shipment documentation. This can include names, email addresses and telephone numbers. We use this information to communicate about and coordinate business requirements.
Business systems
We use Microsoft 365 for business email, accessed through Outlook, and OneDrive and MYOB to store business information. Microsoft Copilot is also used in the business. Please contact us if you need information about how a particular record is handled.
Sharing documentation overseas
When we pass on documentation to coordinate shipments, it can include personal contact information. Recipients include any parties involved in the relevant shipment. The recipients and countries depend on the documentation and shipment concerned.
Website and analytics
This website is hosted on Netlify. It provides email links rather than an online enquiry form. Netlify Web Analytics provides website usage statistics from its content delivery network server logs, including page views, popular pages, visitor locations and estimates of unique visitors. It does not use analytics cookies or add tracking scripts to your browser. Netlify uses IP addresses to calculate unique visitor statistics. Technical information is also processed to deliver the website.
